Dave’s longstanding partnership with Vita Design Group, a leading architecture firm in Fairfield County, culminated in his role as Construction Principal, driving the evolution of the company’s integrated design-led build services. His extensive experience includes managing large-scale custom homes, and complex architectural renovations. His unwavering commitment to each client, and his “no problems, only solutions” philosophy, continues to set him apart in the Connecticut homebuilding landscape.
