In 2006, Lucien founded Vita Design Group with a vision to blend the unique coastal, historic and contemporary characteristics of Fairfield County by creating timeless architecture with a modern, refined aesthetic. His commitment to truly understanding each client’s vision laid the foundation for a firm focused on thoughtful, high-quality design.
As the firm evolved, Lucien identified a persistent challenge in the industry, the often fragmented transition from design to construction. To bridge this divide, in 2016, he partnered with longtime colleague and master builder Dave DeNomme and operations expert Maria Vita. Together, they created Westport’s only Architecture-Led Design-Build firm, offering clients a seamless, transparent, and turnkey experience from concept to completion.
Driven by a continued desire to elevate the client’s journey, Lucien expanded the firm’s offerings once again. Partnering with longtime trusted team member Cynthia Vengrow, they launched a dedicated interior design division uniting architecture, construction, and interiors under one collaborative roof.
